Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

YES! We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you experience problems with anything (and we mean ANYTHING) on your order, just let us know. We'll absolutely make things right. You can reach us at mission@missionmeats.co or @missionmeats on Facebook and Instagram.

Where are you located?

We are a Michigan-based business, but we ship from locations across the U.S.

What is your return policy?

Product Defects or Unsatisfactory Snacks
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just shoot us a message and we'll make sure you're taken care of. Please include photos of the defected product along with the printed expiration and batch number located on the bottom of the package to help us expedite your request.

Accidental Subscription & Auto-Recharges
We work hard to ensure you get plenty of alerts before your subscription automatically recharges but we also understand accidents happen. If you're unsure if you ordered a subscription, you can look to your order and shipping confirmations where in the product name you'll see "SUBSCRIPTION AUTO RENEW".

You can always edit your subscription here where you can skip a month, pick your own shipment date, or cancel altogether anytime. If you were charged but no longer wanted your
subscription we are happy to offer a one time refund, up to $99 per billing address.

Are your cattle grass-fed and grass-finished?

Yes, our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.

Why do all of my sticks look slightly different?

This is because we use a natural casing instead of a colored casing like some other products on the market.

Where do you source your grass-fed beef?

Our grass-fed beef is sourced from premium farming partners domestically and internationally depending on seasonal availability.

Where do you source your turkey and pork?

Both our turkey and our pork are sourced from premium farming partners in the midwestern United States.

What is your citric acid encapsulated with?

We use a citric acid derived from tapioca starch. It's non-GMO and is encapsulated with non-GMO palm oil.

Do you guys use MSG?

No, we do not add MSG to our products.

Are your products Keto friendly? Paleo friendly?

Yes, most of our products are Keto friendly and Paleo friendly. However, please be sure to check nutrition information as some of our products do contain small amounts of sugar or honey and may not be suitable for Keto or Paleo diets.

Are your products gluten free?

Yes, our products are gluten free.

How long is the shelf life?

The snacks are good for one year from the date of production. Everything will come stamped with an expiration date.
